Plain-language summary: you buy through Lobi, independent stores ship to you, one payment covers the basket, and you have 14 days to return most items.

1. Who you are contracting with

Lobi operates a marketplace. The products are sold by independent stores, but the sale is concluded through Lobi: we take the payment, issue the invoice and are your point of contact for the whole order.

Each store is responsible for the accuracy of its listings, the condition of what it ships, and meeting the delivery window shown at checkout.

2. Orders and payment

An order containing items from more than one store is split into a separate sub-order per store. Each sub-order ships, tracks and can be cancelled or returned on its own, while the payment stays a single transaction.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax. Cash on delivery may carry a fee, which is always shown before you confirm.

3. Delivery

Because stores ship independently, parts of one order can arrive on different days. Every sub-order shows its own estimate and, once dispatched, its own tracking number.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Start the return from the order page: choose the items and a reason, and you will get a label per store.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within five working days of the store receiving the item. Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to a fault.

5. What we do with your data

We share with a store only what it needs to fulfil your order: the recipient name, the delivery address and phone number, and the items it is shipping. A store never sees your payment details or the rest of your basket.

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, from your account settings at any time.

6. If you sell on Lobi

Sellers are reviewed before they can list, pay a commission only on completed sales, and are settled by weekly payout after a hold period that starts at delivery.

The commission rate that applies to an order is the rate recorded at the moment the order was placed. Later changes to a plan never alter past orders.
