Lobi is a marketplace, so one purchase can involve several independent stores. Most questions come from exactly that, and the answers below are grouped accordingly.
Ordering across vendors
4It is one checkout and one payment, but your cart splits into a separate order per vendor. You will see one order number for the whole purchase and a sub-order number for each vendor, each with its own status.
Usually not. Each vendor ships from its own location on its own schedule, so items in the same order commonly arrive on different days with different tracking numbers.
Platform-wide coupons apply across your whole cart. Vendor coupons only discount that vendor's items, and only if your subtotal with that vendor meets its minimum order.
Shipping is calculated per vendor, since each one ships independently. The checkout summary breaks the shipping total down by store before you pay.
Payments
3No. You pay once, in a single transaction, for the full cart total. Lobi settles with each vendor separately behind the scenes once their part of the order is delivered.
Only that vendor's share is refunded to your original payment method; the rest of your order is unaffected. Refunds usually post within 5โ7 business days.
Major credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery in supported cities. Available options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns per store
3No โ each vendor sets its own return window and conditions, shown on that vendor's store page and on each order item. Always check the specific item before requesting a return.
You request a return per vendor sub-order, not per item across the whole order. Each request generates its own pickup or drop-off instructions for that vendor.
Once the vendor confirms the item was received in acceptable condition, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3โ5 business days.
