Orders
3Open the order from your account and each parcel shows its own status — one order can be sent by several stores.
Because it was split per store. The order itself shows the least advanced of them.
While a parcel is still being prepared, yes. Once it has been sent, ask for a return instead.
Payments
2Whatever the marketplace has switched on — the app reads the list from the server, so it is always current.
When the platform and the store both allow it. A fee may be added at checkout.
Shipping
2Per store and per destination. A basket from three stores is quoted three times and each is shown to you separately.
Ask for the shipping methods at checkout — the answer depends on the store and the address.
Returns
3Ask for the return on the parcel it came in, not on the whole order, and pick the lines you are sending back.
Once the store has the items back and the return is accepted.
It depends on why it is coming back. A faulty item is on the store.
Selling on Lobi
2Apply from the seller app. A person reviews your documents before the store can trade.
After delivery and after the hold period, in a payout run. A bank account is needed to be paid, not to sell.
